1. Participate in the design and development of composite products and manufacturing processes using advanced equipment;
2. Learn and participate in the design and interface of composite structures or as an aid to manufacturing and testing;
3. Improve and optimize the manufacturing process used to produce advanced composite structures;
4. Learn and participate in new components, test verification of new processes, and verification of new materials;
5. Communicate and coordinate with other departments within the business to promote the development of the project to achieve project delivery;
6. No specific composite experience is not important. It is important that you pay close attention to the details, have a good understanding of the basic engineering principles, and have the motivation to always provide the best solution.
Qualifications：
1, male or female, age 22-30 years old;
2, college degree or above, like the automotive industry;
