Production Team Leader

Job responsibilities：
1. According to the "production plan", organize the production staff early meeting, sum up yesterday's production completion and today's production tasks, production arrangements and follow-up key control projects to ensure that the plan is completed on time and in good quality; /> 2. Continuously check the progress of each process in the production process. When it is found that a large abnormality or a defective product exceeds the standard, it should report to the immediate supervisor in time to find out the cause of the problem in a very short time. Implement the solution;
3. Responsible for the commissioning of production equipment, daily maintenance and implementation, and supervising whether the employees operate according to the requirements of the operation instructions during operation;
4. Arrange the staff's work reasonably according to the actual production situation and the staff's work ability and attitude;
5. Assist the supervisor in implementing the workshop "6S" planning.
Qualifications：
1. College degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in the composite material industry;
2. Experience in production site management such as carbon fiber lamination, molding, and machining;
3. It has the operation ability of carbon fiber lamination, molding, machine and other production sections;
4, with the combination of theoretical knowledge, molding theory knowledge, cost management knowledge, material management knowledge, manufacturing process efficiency, quality control knowledge.
