Quality Department Supervisor

Job responsibilities:
1. The daily work schedule and scheduling of each QC post of the department, the confirmation of the work efficiency and quality of the personnel;
2. Convene relevant departments to analyze the causes of various quality accidents, propose treatment opinions and countermeasures, and take corrective and preventive measures;
3. Operate in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 international quality certification standards;
4. Develop training plans for the department and training on the quality of employees in the production department;
5. Confirm the company's various quality standards and inspection methods and supervise the implementation;
6. Collect and analyze various quality data, and propose weekly and monthly work summary and analysis;
7. Unified acceptance of customer complaints, organization of countermeasures against customer complaints and response to written written reports from customers.
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree, more than 3 years experience in quality management position in composite products industry;
2, under 35 years old, more than three years of business management experience, have a deep understanding of all products, familiar with the company's ISO quality management system operation and quality management work experience;
3, have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, communication, coordination, and a certain ability to withstand pressure;
4, skilled use of various types of office software.
