Production Supervisor

Job responsibilities:
1. Organize and arrange production according to plan to ensure production progress;
2. Rationally deploy personnel and equipment, adjust production layout and production load, and improve production efficiency;
3. Supervise and guide the production process, and at the same time carry out production quality control to ensure production quality;
4. Participate in the analysis of product quality issues, develop and implement corrective and preventive actions;
5. Check the 6S implementation of the workshop staff on time, implement rewards and punishments, and ensure that the system is implemented;
6. Workshop production cost control;
7. Organize workshop production staff to participate in skills training;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, more than 5 years experience in management of composite products industry;
2, under 35 years old, more than 10 years working experience in manufacturing companies, including more than 3 years of production management experience;
3. Good communication skills, proactive work, responsible and good teamwork skills;
4. Familiar with the production process and technology of each process of carbon fiber products.
